The House
A short walk from Bingin Beach, Seed is a quiet dialogue between French technique and Southeast Asian soul. Chef Simon brings twenty years of global kitchens, including his own restaurant in the French Alps, to a stove shaped by the Bali garden behind it.
Pastry, ice cream, ferments and sauces are all made in house. Every dish begins in the garden; most end at a long wooden table under the string lights.

The Cuisine
From the morning omelette to the evening tasting, our kitchen begins in the Seed Garden. Balinese herbs, French technique, seafood landed at Jimbaran, and meats finished over bamboo smoke.
A pastry counter that rolls croissants at dawn. A bar that shakes Arak punches by twilight. One kitchen, one team, countless details.
The Experience
01Fifty varieties of herbs and edible flowers tended each morning, the first ingredient on every plate.
02Candlelit tables under the old tree, lit by string lights. Dinner service from six, reservations essential.
03House infused Arak, estate coffee, and island botanicals. Signature cocktails by our head bartender.

Evening, in Bingin
“From the garden, to the pan, to your table, cooked slowly, served warmly.”
Finding us
Seed sits on Jalan Pantai Bingin, the road down to Bingin Beach, on Bali's Bukit peninsula in Uluwatu. It is a short walk up from the beach itself. Scooters and cars park on the road by the restaurant. Open in Google Maps.
Every day, 7am to 11pm. Breakfast from 7am, happy hour 4pm to 7pm, dinner service from 4pm. The kitchen runs straight through, so there is no afternoon closure.
