The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the events-inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of event, a preferred date, a guest count and your message.

There are no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no comment sections on this site.

Your inquiry is delivered straight to our inbox as an email, using Resend, an email delivery service, and we use it for one thing: replying to you with a proposal. It is not stored in a database on this website, not used for marketing lists, and never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no visitor tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data such as your IP address in short-lived server logs for security and performance, as any web host does.

Some links take you off this site: table reservations open Chope, the cooking class booking opens WhatsApp, and our social links open Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Google Maps. Once there, the privacy policy of that service applies, not this one.

You can ask at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to seedbingin@gmail.com is enough. These rights apply under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and, if you are visiting from the EEA or the UK, under the GDPR.
